Rukhsana Khan is a master wellness guide, Ayurvedic practitioner, and founder of Rukhsana’s Wellness & Heavenly Retreat in Los Cabos, Mexico. With over two decades of experience in meditation, yoga, and holistic healing, Rukhsana creates deeply nourishing spaces for transformation rooted in ancient wisdom and heart-led presence. Her retreat center is a sanctuary for those seeking balance, clarity, and true inner peace.
